To recover your password go to the login page and click on the “Forgot you Password?” link. To reset your password you will need your username or your email.

If you lost your username, you can login with your account email.

I did not receive the email with the confirmation link, what should I do?

a. Check that you inserted the right e-mail address
b. Check your spam folder

How do I modify my password?

Go to your personal area, click on “Change Password”, insert the new password and confirm it below. Once you finished the modifications, click on “Update Password”. When the operation is concluded this message will appear “Your account was updated successfully.”.

How do I modify my account information?

Go to your account area, modify the data, and then click on “Update Account”. Once the operation is concluded this message will appear “Your account was updated successfully.”

How do I see the videos?

Once you registered, go to your personal area and click on the “Go To Video Section” button. Here you will be able to see all the video supplied by Casagrande.

Why I cannot find a certain language?

If you cannot find the desired language it means that the course is not being translated yet. The English language is always supplied.

Why should I register?

You will be able to access all our contents and view the training videos and tutorials provided by Casagrande.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your account area, click on the “Delete Account” button insert your password. You will we resent to the Training Online main page and your account will be deleted definitely.

How do I register?

Registration is available on our website. Just follow these simple steps:
Click on the content you want to watch and select the “Register” button. You will be asked your credentials and basic personal information. Once the registration procedure is completed it will be sent you a link on your email, click on it and your account will be active.

How do I download the videos?

To have the possibility to download the training videos and tutorials you have to send a request to Casagrande Service Department at the e-mail training@casagrandegroup.com

How do I book a course?

Click on the “Book Course” button located on the top right of the page.

  • Fill the form with the company details to leave a reference contact;
  • add participants details in the list;
  • tick privacy policy and Treatment of Personal Data;
  • select SUBMIT.
